Kids are born explorers,
We foster growth by letting them continue to do so.
The Mulberry classroom follows the Learning Through Exploration curriculum from Neighborhood Villages. This play-based, developmentally focused curriculum is designed to offer toddlers joyful and engaging learning experiences. You’ll often find our little ones enjoying playful art and sensory activities or sharing quiet, nurturing moments with teachers—building early literacy skills and a love of learning through connection. Our teachers lovingly guide children in building confidence and learning those early self-help skills, while nurturing social-emotional development.

Learning With Your Hands In The Dirt
We love helping our toddlers connect with nature and discover their place in the world! That’s why they spend time outside at least twice a day, soaking up fresh air and having fun in our cozy playground area. Our children embrace all kinds of weather, dressing for the season with rain pants, mitten covers, and other gear that keeps them comfortable and ready for outdoor adventures.
You will often find the Mulberry children chasing bubbles, wiggling to music, spinning, climbing, throwing balls or other soft objects through space, and learning to trust their bodies as they navigate the playground. From swimsuits to snow pants to splash-proof rain gear, our youngest learners are always ready to play, explore, and enjoy whatever the outdoors might bring!
